I have given guitar lessons since I was nineteen (either to groups or individuals). My lessons focus on:
- All techniques of the flamenco guitar & exercises to practise these techniques
- All different styles (palos) of the flamenco guitar
- Jazz Harmonies (seventh chords with their extensions and inversions) and how we can apply them in our playing
- Scales and broken chords (arpeggios) and where we can apply them in our playing
- Accompanying flamenco dancers
- Accompanying flamenco singers
- Preparation for performing in front of an audience
For starting students we draw a plan of action that allows us to perform melodies as early as possible. For this we have a wide variety of flamenco techniques at our disposal.
